Thank you for visiting our website, your orders will be subject to the following terms & conditions.

Order confirmation

When your order has been placed and payment confirmed you have agreed to buy our items at the prices indicated at time of purchase. All specified product prices are excluding delivery costs; delivery costs will be indicated prior to completing payment/check-out. On completion of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail to this effect, this will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address and postage costs. You will receive a further email to advise when your order has been dispatched.

Whilst every reasonable effort has been taken by us to ensure that product descriptions, colours and sizing are correct we will not be held responsible or liable for any inaccuracies.

If any item(s) you have ordered is/are unavailable or any events occur that are out of our control, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability. In the event of any such occurrence we will notify you as soon as possible.

Price & payment

All our prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£)

All Goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

We reserve the right to change any price after you place an order but should we do so prior to your order being dispatched, we will inform you before we process your order and you will have the opportunity to cancel or proceed with your order, however the correct price will always appear on the email that we send you when your order has been processed.

If for any reason your items cannot be delivered we will notify you by e-mail.

All payments must be in Pounds Sterling. We only accept payment through Sage Pay.

We will accept all credit & debit cards as shown on check out.


Your order will be delivered by a courier service and will require a signature on delivery.

Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled.

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days upon completion of your purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

Delivery to other countries will vary and will be quoted upon completion of your order.  The cost of delivery will be added to your order total before payment is taken.

No delivery will be permitted to a P/O Box or similar address and we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All delivery charges will be shown for UK and other countries at time of placing your order, when your order has been placed you have agreed with the specified courier/postages cost.

Any customs/handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation/Returns and Exchange Policy

All our items are 100% inspected prior to packing and dispatch to ensure you receive our products in perfect condition and we hope you are completely satisfied with your DiamondTide purchase.

If you wish to return an item for any reason you may do so within 7 working days of receiving your order, any returns that are posted later than the 7 day window will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your cost. A full refund will be issued (subject to our terms and conditions) less postage costs or an exchange, as long as it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels and swing tickets intact as originally received.

Goods must be unworn and unwashed. Hygiene strips have been added to gusset linings on all our swimsuits and bikini pants, these must not be removed when trying on garments and must be in place if an item is returned. Should any returns fail to meet these requirements we will not issue a refund and goods will be returned to you at your cost.

In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with items when trying them on.
We may refuse to refund or exchange if it's clear this hasn't been done.

Should you need to return your items you must ensure they are posted requiring a signature by us upon receipt, we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive your returns.

To avoid delays in processing your return/refund, please ensure that the returns note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel. Please ensure that all goods returned are suitably packed.

This Privacy Policy describes the current policies and practices of DiamondTide Limited with regard to Personal Data collected by us from you directly and/or through DiamondTide Website. The term "Personal Data" refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number & your chosen payment details which will include your card number and expiry date.

We may contact you occasionally to inform you of new products and services that we will be providing.

This is your choice - If you do not wish to receive information from us and want to be removed from our standard mailing list, please e-mail us at customerservices@diamondtide.co.uk

We do not share, sell or distribute your Personal Data with unrelated third parties unless it is required to fulfil your order, for example providing your address details so that your order can be delivered.

Data integrity and security - We strive to maintain the reliability & accuracy of personal data in our database and to protect the privacy and security of our database. We keep your personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Our server and our database are protected by industry standard security technology. All payments are processed through Sage Pay

Link to other websites - This Website may contain hyperlinks to Websites that are not operated or supervised by us. Our privacy policy will not apply to information collected on those sites therefore we would advise that you to review any privacy policy posted on any site you visit before using the site or providing any personal information about yourself.
